The appellant withdrew the appeal against the 25 July 2001 decision of the Cantonal Compensation Fund concerning supplementary benefits. The Ticino Insurance Court held that the case had become moot and ordered the proceedings struck from the docket. It further decided that no court fees or costs would be collected.

vista la lettera 14 giugno 2002 dell'insorgente che dichiara di ritirare il ricorso;
rilevato che la causa è divenuta priva di oggetto;
viste le disposizioni della Legge di procedura 6.4.1961;
decreta 1. la causa è stralciata dai ruoli:
non si prelevano né tasse né spese;
intimazione alle parti a sensi ed effetti di legge.
