Cassa cant. di compensazione, 6501 Bellinzona 1 Caselle,

in materia di prestazioni complementari

letti ed esaminati gli atti;

visto in particolare lo scritto della parte convenuta che precisa di aver emesso in data 24.9.01 una nuova decisione con la quale vengono integralmente accolte le conclusioni dell'atto di ricorso e viene annullata la precedente decisione qui impugnata;

ricordato che, ai sensi dell'art. 3/a cpv. 1 della Legge di procedura per i ricorsi al Tribunale cantonale delle assicurazioni in materia di assicurazioni sociali, l'Autorità amministrativa può, fino all'invio della sua risposta, riesaminare la decisione impugnata;

ritenuto che, comunque, anche la rappresentante della ricorrente, con scritto 4.10.01, ha comunicato il ritiro del ricorso aderendo alla nuova decisione della cassa;

rilevato che di conseguenza il gravame è divenuto privo di oggetto;

decreta 1. il ricorso di cui sopra è stralciato dai ruoli;

  1. non si percepiscono né tasse né spese; la Cassa verserà alla ricorrente a titolo di ripetibili fr. 200.--;

intimazione alle parti a sensi ed effetti di legge.
