letti ed esaminati gli atti;

visto in particolare lo scritto della parte convenuta che precisa di aver emesso in data 15.6.01 una nuova decisione con la quale vengono integralmente accolte le conclusioni dell'atto di ricorso e viene annullata la precedente decisione qui impugnata;

ricordato che, ai sensi dell'art. 3/a cpv. 1 della Legge di procedura per i ricorsi al Tribunale cantonale delle assicurazioni in materia di assicurazioni sociali, l'Autorità amministrativa può, fino all'invio della sua risposta, riesaminare la decisione impugnata;

rilevato che di conseguenza il gravame è divenuto privo di oggetto;

ritenuto che anche la parte ricorrente, con scritto 22.6.01, ha comunicato la sua adesione alla nuova decisione e comunicato il ritiro del ricorso

viste le disposizioni della legge di procedura del 6.4.1961

decreta 1. il ricorso di cui sopra è stralciato dai ruoli;

  1. non si percepiscono né tasse né spese;

intimazione alle parti a sensi ed effetti di legge.
