The claimant withdrew the appeal against the cantonal compensation fund’s decision concerning supplementary benefits. The Ticino Insurance Court, sitting through its delegated judge Ivano Ranzanici, held that the case had become moot and removed it from the docket. decreta 1. la causa è stralciata dai ruoli;
non si percepiscono né tasse né spese;
