The appellant challenged a 12 October 2000 decision of the Ticino compensation fund concerning supplementary benefits. After the court warned that a reformatio in peius was possible, the appellant’s lawyer withdrew the appeal on 20 June 2002. The Cantonal Insurance Court therefore held that the case had become moot, struck it from the docket, and ordered that no fees or costs be charged.

viste le disposizioni della Legge di procedura 6.4.61;

decreta 1. la causa è stralciata dai ruoli;
