richiamata l'ordinanza 23.5.2000 con la quale il Tribunale ha assegnato alla parte convenuta il termine di rito per presentare la risposta;
rilevato che la parte ricorrente con scritto 25.7.2000 comunica di ritirare il gravame, avendole la Cassa, nel frattempo, intimato due nuove decisioni che accolgono le richieste ricorsuali;
rilevato che la causa è divenuta priva di oggetto;
viste le disposizioni della Legge di procedura 6.4.61;
decreta 1. la causa è stralciata dai ruoli;
non si percepiscono né tasse né spese;
intimazione alle parti a sensi ed effetti di legge.
