The appellant challenged a decision of the Office of Collection and Remissions concerning payment of a fine. During the proceedings, the office exceptionally remitted CHF 241 in costs and gave the appellant 30 days to pay CHF 340 for the fine. The appellant then paid the amount due. decreta: 1. Il ricorso 24 febbraio 2004 inoltrato da __________ è stralciato dai ruoli e la decisione 30 febbraio 2004 dell'Ufficio esazione e condoni è annullata.
