sedente con la segretaria Isabella Tami per statuire nella procedura di commutazione di multa in arresto avviata nei confronti di
richiamato il decreto DAP _________ /_________ del _________ 2002, mediante il quale gli è stata inflitta una multa di fr. 200.--;
rilevato che la multa non è stata pagata e che ogni tentativo di incasso è risultato infruttuoso;
citat il giorno 20 febbraio 2004, non è comparso;
considerato pertanto che occorre procedere alla commutazione della multa inflitta, in ragione di un giorno di arresto ogni fr. 30.-- di multa, ma al massimo novanta giorni;
richiamati gli art. 49 cifra 3 CP e 347 CPP,
pronuncia 1. L'istanza del _________ di commutazione della multa in arresto è accolta.
Di conseguenza la multa di fr. 200.-- inflitta a _________ , con decreto numero DAP _________ / di data _________ 2002, è commutata in 6 giorni di arresto.
