The president of the Chamber of Enforcement and Bankruptcy, acting as supervisory authority in a debt enforcement matter, decided on a complaint accompanied by a request for suspensive effect. The order may regulate the provisional procedural situation pending the merits decision and, where expressly provided, allow or maintain enforcement measures until the appeal is adjudicated. The decision is a provisional, incidental measure and does not prejudice the merits of the complaint.
