The president of the Second Civil Chamber of the Ticino Court of Appeal ruled on an appeal against a 4 August 2003 eviction order issued by the Bellinzona Pretura. In the appeal proceedings, the appellant requested suspensive effect. The court granted that request, expressly referring to Art. 508(2) CPC.
