Richiamati gli art. 351 e seguenti CPC e la vigente LTg,

decreta: 1. La procedura d’appello di cui all’inc. 12.96.00229 é stralciata dai ruoli.

  1. Le spese del presente giudizio con tassa di giustizia per complessivi fr. 100.-- già anticipate dall’appellante restano a suo carico.

  2. Intimazione:
