The President of the Criminal Court in Bellinzona dealt with an objection to a penalty order after the accused withdrew the objection by letter of 20 January 2005. Taking note of the withdrawal, the court struck the matter from the docket and declared the penalty order enforceable. No court fee was levied, but CHF 30 in costs for the decision were charged to the objector.

Non si preleva tassa di giustizia; le spese di fr. 30.-- relative alla presente decisione sono a carico dell'opponente.
