The President of the Pretura penale noted that the opponent had withdrawn the objection to a penalty order. Applying Arts. 210 and 211 CPP, the court struck the proceedings from the docket, declared the penalty order enforceable, cancelled the already scheduled public hearing, and returned the file to the prosecutor for further action within its competence.
