decreta: 1. Il procedimento penale nei confronti di ACCU 1 è stralciato dai ruoli ed il decreto d'accusa n. DA 3766/2003 diventa esecutivo.
§ L'incarto 10.2003.695 sarà ritornato al per quanto di sua competenza.
