The opponent withdrew her objection against a penal decree. The President of the Pretura penale therefore struck the case from the docket, declared the decree enforceable, waived the court fee, and charged the costs of the order, fixed at CHF 30, to the objecting party. The file was returned to the public prosecutor for further handling within his competence.

Art. 210-211 CPP; withdrawal of the objection against a penal decree: once the objection is withdrawn, the objection proceedings are discontinued by striking the matter from the docket and the penal decree becomes enforceable.
