The President of the Pretura penale recorded that the opponent had withdrawn the objection to a penal order by letter of 16 June 2003. The court therefore struck the case from the roll and declared the penal order enforceable. It further ordered that no court fee be collected, while the costs of the decision, fixed at CHF 30, were borne by the objector. The file was returned to the public prosecutor for further action within her competence.
