The President of the Criminal Court noted the withdrawal of the opposition to a summary indictment. Applying Arts. 210 and 211 CPP, the court struck the proceedings from the roll, declared the indictment enforceable, cancelled the scheduled public hearing, and returned the file to the public prosecutor for further action within his competence. The objecting party was ordered to pay a justice fee of CHF 50 and judicial costs of CHF 30, for a total of CHF 80.

decreta: 1. Il procedimento è stralciato dai ruoli e il decreto d'accusa diventa esecutivo.

  1. Il pubblico dibattimento, già fissato per il 3 settembre 2003 alle ore 09:00 non avrà quindi luogo; l'incarto è ritornato al Procuratore pubblico Antonio Perugini, __________, per quanto di sua competenza.
