Art. 210 cpv. 3 CPP; withdrawal of an objection against a decree of accusation: once the opposition is validly withdrawn, the court strikes the matter from the roll, the decree of accusation becomes enforceable, and the scheduled hearing falls away. Procedural costs are charged to the objecting party according to the ordinary cost allocation rules of the summary criminal procedure.
