Art. 210-211 CPP; withdrawal of opposition to a criminal accusation decree before the hearing: once the opposition is validly withdrawn, the criminal proceedings are struck from the roll, the scheduled hearing falls away, and the accusation decree becomes enforceable. The court need not adjudicate the merits; it merely takes note of the withdrawal and orders the return of the file to the public prosecutor for any further steps within his competence. Unless otherwise justified, no court costs are levied for the ruling.
