Arts. 210-211 CPP; withdrawal of objection against a penal order: if the objecting party withdraws the objection during the hearing, the court strikes the proceedings from the roll and the penal order becomes enforceable. In such a case, the objection proceedings are terminated without a merits review; the court may also order that no fees or costs be charged.
