The defendant withdrew his opposition to a criminal accusation decree during the hearing before the Pretura penale. The court therefore struck the proceedings from the docket and declared the decree of accusation enforceable. It also ordered that no court fees or expenses be levied. The order was issued by Judge Marco Ambrosini.
Arts. 210-211 CPP; withdrawal of opposition to a decree of accusation: if the opposition is withdrawn during the hearing, the criminal proceeding is terminated by striking the case from the roll and the decree of accusation becomes executable. The court may decide that no taxes or costs are to be collected (consid. implicit in the dispositive part).
