An accused person withdrew the objection previously filed against a criminal decree during the hearing before the Pretura penale. Effect of withdrawing an objection to a criminal decree
The objection was withdrawn during the hearing, so the proceedings were removed from the docket and the criminal decree became enforceable.
Under Arts. 210 and 211 CPP, withdrawal of the objection terminates the objection proceedings and leaves the decree d'accusa in force.
