The opponent withdrew his objection to a summary penalty order on 10 March 2003. The Bellinzona Pretura penale, sitting as single judge Marco Ambrosini, struck the case from the roll under Arts. 210 and 211 CPP, cancelled the scheduled public hearing, and returned the file to the public prosecutor for further competence.
