hat der Kantonsgerichtspräsident,
nachdem sich ergeben und in Erwägung:
dass die Berufungsführerin ihre Berufung vom 15. Mai 2017 gegen die Verfügung vom 10. Mai 2017 (ZET 2017 123) mit Schreiben vom 19. Mai 2017 (KG-act. 8 und Aktennotiz vom 24. Mai 2017 [KG-act. 9]) zurückgezogen hat, weshalb das Verfahren gestützt auf Art. 241 Abs. 3 ZPO abzuschreiben ist;
dass bei diesem Ausgang des Verfahrens die Gerichtskosten gestützt auf Art. 106 Abs. 1 ZPO der Berufungsführerin aufzuerlegen sind;
dass den Gegenparteien durch die Berufung noch keine Aufwendungen entstanden sind und deshalb keine Parteientschädigungen zuzusprechen sind;
dass die Abschreibung des Verfahrens gestützt auf § 40 Abs. 2 JG in die Kompetenz des Präsidenten fällt;-
verfügt:
1. Das Berufungsverfahren wird abgeschrieben.
2. Die zweitinstanzlichen Kosten von Fr. 200.00 werden der Berufungsführerin auferlegt.
3. Es werden keine Parteientschädigungen zugesprochen.
4. Gegen diesen Entscheid kann innert 30 Tagen seit Zustellung nach
Massgabe von Art. 72 ff. des Bundesgerichtsgesetzes *Beschwerde in Zivilsachen * beim Bundesgericht in Lausanne eingereicht werden; die Beschwerdeschrift muss den Anforderungen von Art. 42 BGG entsprechen. Der Streitwert übersteigt Fr. 30'000.00.
5. Zufertigung an die Parteien (je 1/R), die Vorinstanz (1/A) sowie nach definitiver Erledigung an die Vorinstanz (1/R, mit den Akten) und an die Kantonsgerichtskasse (1/ü, im Dispositiv).
