The Kantonsgericht Schwyz dealt with an appeal in a criminal matter concerning driving in an unfit condition and frustrating a blood test. hat der Kantonsgerichtspräsident,
nachdem sich ergeben und in Erwägung:
dass der Rechtsvertreter im Namen des Beschuldigen gegen das Urteil des Bezirksgerichts Schwyz vom 27. Januar 2017 innert Frist am 16. Februar 2017 Berufung angemeldet (Vi-act. 16 und KG-act. 2) und am 19. April 2017 die Berufungserklärung (KG-act. 3) eingereicht hat (Art. 399 Abs. 1 und 2 StPO);
dass der Rechtsvertreter des Berufungsführers mit Schreiben vom 2. Mai 2017 dem Kantonsgericht den Rückzug der Berufung bekannt gegeben hat (KG-act. 7);
dass demnach das Verfahren zufolge Rückzugs der Berufung präsidial nach § 40 Abs. 2 JG abzuschreiben ist;
dass die Gerichtskosten der zweiten Instanz bei diesem Ausgang dem Berufungsführer aufzuerlegen sind;-
verfügt:
1. Die Berufung wird als durch Rückzug der Berufung erledigt abgeschrieben.
2. Die zweitinstanzlichen Kosten von Fr. 300.00 werden dem Berufungsführer auferlegt.
3. Gegen diesen Entscheid kann innert 30 Tagen seit Zustellung nach Massgabe von Art. 78 ff. des Bundesgerichtsgesetzes *Beschwerde in Strafsachen * beim Bundesgericht in Lausanne eingereicht werden. Die Beschwerdeschrift muss den Anforderungen von Art. 42 BGG entsprechen.
4. Zufertigung an die Staatsanwaltschaft Innerschwyz (1/A) und die Oberstaatsanwaltschaft (1/R), je unter Beilage des Rückzugs vom 2. Mai 2017, an Herrn Rechtsanwalt B.________ (2/R) und die Vorinstanz (1/A) sowie nach definitiver Erledigung an die Vorinstanz (1/R, unter Rückgabe der Akten; zum Vollzug und zur Erstattung der Meldungen an das Verkehrsamt und an die KOST) und an die Kantonsgerichtskasse (1/ü, im Dispositiv).
