Dass der Gehorsam des Angeschuldigten durch die polizeiliche Vorführung erzwungen wurde, ändert daran nichts, handelt es sich dabei doch um eine Sanktion, die zusätzlich im Gesetz vorgesehen ist (§ 38 Abs. 2 StPO).
