Mit der "Schuldbeitrittserklärung" vom 17. Januar 1994 bzw. mit der "Solidarbürgschaftsverpflichtung" vom 27. Januar 1994 hat sich der Beanzeigte als mandatierter Rechtsanwalt im Rahmen eines hängigen Aberkennungsprozesses verpflichtet, zusammen mit seinem Klienten für den Fall des Obsiegens der Gegenpartei für deren Parteikosten bis zum Betrag von Fr. 7500.- als Solidarbürge im Sinne von Art. 496 OR zu haften. Damit entstand für ihn unweigerlich ein eigenes persönliches, finanzielles Interesse am Ausgang des Prozesses bzw. am Streitgegenstand.
