Aus den Erwägungen:

Obligationenrechtlich gibt Art. 86 Abs. 1 OR dem Schuldner bei mehreren Schulden gegenüber dem gleichen Gläubiger die Möglichkeit zu bestimmen, auf welche Schuld eine Zahlung anzurechnen sei. Dieser obligationenrechtliche Grundsatz ist auch im vorliegenden Strafverfahren zu beachten, da das StGB die Reihenfolge der Bussentilgung bei mehreren Bussen an denselben Gläubiger ohne diesbezügliche Erklärung des Schuldners nicht regelt.
