The Commune of X. withdrew on 29 June 2006 the administrative appeal it had filed against the judgment of the Fribourg social insurance court of 13 October 2005. The Federal Insurance Court therefore removed case K 211/05 from the docket and decided not to charge court costs. The decision was to be notified to the parties, B., the Vaudoise health and accident insurer, the cantonal social insurance court, and the Federal Office of Public Health.
Withdrawal of an administrative appeal; the appeal proceedings become moot and are removed from the docket (Art. 24 and 72 OG, as applicable); where the appellant withdraws the appeal, the federal court terminates the proceedings without examining the merits and may dispense with court costs.

Considérant :
que par lettre du 29 juin 2006, la Commune de X._________ a déclaré retirer le recours de droit administratif qu'elle avait interjeté le 30 novembre 2005 contre le jugement rendu le 13 octobre 2005 par la Cour des assurances sociales du Tribunal administratif du canton de Fribourg,
par ce motif, le Tribunal fédéral des assurances décide :
1.
La cause K 211/05 est rayée du rôle ensuite du retrait du recours.
2.
Il n'est pas perçu de frais de justice.
3.
La présente décision sera communiquée aux parties, à B.________, à La Caisse Vaudoise, Assurance maladie et accidents, Martigny, à la Cour des assurances sociales du Tribunal administratif du canton de Fribourg et à l'Office fédéral de la santé publique.
