The Commune of X. withdrew its administrative law appeal by letter of 29 June 2006. The Federal Insurance Court therefore removed case K 205/05 from the docket and ordered that no court costs be levied. The decision was communicated to the parties, the insurer Avenir assurances, the insured person M., the cantonal social insurance court, and the Federal Office of Public Health.
Withdrawal of the appeal; the proceedings are terminated by striking the case from the roll. In the absence of a continuing dispute, the appellate court does not examine the merits and may waive court costs where it so orders in the operative part (consid. 1-2).

que par lettre du 29 juin 2006, la Commune de X.________ a déclaré retirer le recours de droit administratif qu'elle avait interjeté le 30 novembre 2005 contre le jugement rendu le 13 octobre 2005 par la Cour des assurances sociales du Tribunal administratif du canton de Fribourg,
par ce motif, le Tribunal fédéral des assurances décide :
1.
La cause K 205/05 est rayée du rôle ensuite du retrait du recours.
2.
Il n'est pas perçu de frais de justice.
3.
La présente décision sera communiquée aux parties, à M.________, à Avenir assurances, Martigny, à la Cour des assurances sociales du Tribunal administratif du canton de Fribourg et à l'Office fédéral de la santé publique.
