The Commune of X. withdrew its administrative law appeal on 29 June 2006 against the cantonal social insurance judgment of 13 October 2005. The Federal Insurance Court therefore struck the case off the roll and decided that no court costs would be charged. The decision was notified to the parties, A., Mutuel Assurances, the cantonal social insurance court, and the Federal Office of Public Health.
Appeal withdrawal before the Federal Insurance Court; where the appellant declares withdrawal of the administrative law appeal, the proceedings are terminated by striking the case off the roll. In such a situation, the court may dispense with levying judicial fees (consid. 1-2).

que par lettre du 29 juin 2006, la Commune de X.________ a déclaré retirer le recours de droit administratif qu'elle avait interjeté le 30 novembre 2005 contre le jugement rendu le 13 octobre 2005 par la Cour des assurances sociales du Tribunal administratif du canton de Fribourg,
par ce motif, le Tribunal fédéral des assurances décide :
1.
La cause K 194/05 est rayée du rôle ensuite du retrait du recours.
2.
Il n'est pas perçu de frais de justice.
3.
La présente décision sera communiquée aux parties, à A.________, à Mutuel Assurances, Martigny, à la Cour des assurances sociales du Tribunal administratif du canton de Fribourg et à l'Office fédéral de la santé publique.
