The appellant withdrew his administrative law appeal against the cantonal insurance court decision. The Federal Court therefore removed the case from the docket as withdrawn. It held that, for costs and compensation purposes, a withdrawal is treated like dismissal of the appeal. Because the proceedings were free of charge, no court costs were levied. The respondent, appearing on its own and without qualified representation, was not exceptionally entitled to a party compensation.
Art. 134 OG; withdrawal of an administrative law appeal and cost consequences. A withdrawal of the appeal is procedurally equivalent to dismissal as regards costs and compensation. In proceedings exempt from court costs, no costs are imposed. An award of party compensation to a self-represented respondent acting in its own cause requires exceptional circumstances; such compensation is denied where the conditions developed in the case law are not met (consid. 1).

dass der Beschwerderückzug hinsichtlich der Kosten- und Entschädigungsfolgen der Abweisung des Rechtsmittels gleichzusetzen ist (vgl. AHI 1994 S. 182 E. 4a, H 301/92),
dass das Verfahren kostenlos ist (Art. 134 OG; hier anwendbar [BGE 132 V 393 E. 1.2 S. 395],
dass die rechtsprechungsgemässen Voraussetzungen (BGE 127 V 205 E. 4b S. 207 [mit Hinweisen], 125 II 518 E. 5b S. 519 f.) nicht erfüllt sind, um der in eigener Sache handelnden, nicht anwaltlich oder sonstwie qualifiziert vertretenen Beschwerdegegnerin ausnahmsweise eine Parteientschädigung (sogenannte Umtriebsentschädigung) zuzusprechen,
beschliesst das Bundesgericht:

Die Verwaltungsgerichtsbeschwerde wird als durch Rückzug erledigt vom Geschäftsverzeichnis abgeschrieben.
2.
Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.
3.
Es wird keine Parteientschädigung zugesprochen.
4.
Dieser Entscheid wird den Parteien, dem Versicherungsgericht des Kantons Aargau und dem Bundesamt für Sozialversicherungen zugestellt.
