G.________, represented by the General Curator of the canton of Vaud, filed a public-law appeal against a cantonal social-insurance decision concerning legal aid. Before judgment, she withdrew the appeal by letter of 22 November 2011. The Federal Court therefore struck the case from the roll and, applying the procedural rules on withdrawal, ordered that no judicial costs or party compensation be charged.
Art. 32 al. 2 and 71 LTF in relation with Art. 73 al. 1 PCF; withdrawal of the appeal and removal from the roll. When the appellant withdraws the appeal, the Federal Court strikes the case from the docket without entering into the merits. In such a situation, and absent special circumstances, no judicial costs are levied and no party compensation is awarded (Art. 66 al. 2 LTF; Art. 68 LTF).

la lettre du 22 novembre 2011 par laquelle G.______ a déclaré retirer le recours formé le 2 septembre 2011,
considérant:
que la cause doit être rayée du rôle en application des art. 32 al. 2 et 71 LTF, en relation avec l'art. 73 al. 1 PCF,
qu'il se justifie de statuer sans frais judiciaires (art. 66 al. 2 LTF) ni dépens (art. 68 LTF),
par ces motifs, le Juge unique ordonne:

La cause est radiée du rôle par suite de retrait du recours.
2.
Il n'est pas perçu de frais judiciaires.
3.
La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux parties, à l'Office fédéral des assurances sociales et à l'Office de l'assurance-invalidité pour le canton de Vaud.
