The Federal Court dealt with an appeal against a cantonal non-entry decision in health insurance matters. It held that the appellant’s submissions did not satisfy the minimum reasoning requirements of Art. 42 BGG because they did not specifically engage with the reasons for non-entry. After the court warned him of the deficiency, he failed to cure it. The appeal was therefore not entered into in simplified proceedings under Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG. When a cantonal judgment denies entry, the appellant must address specifically the non-entry grounds; mere criticism of the underlying dispute is insufficient. If the appeal manifestly lacks such reasoning and the defect is not cured after express warning, the Federal Court may decide not to enter in simplified procedure under Art. 108 BGG. In exceptional circumstances, court costs may be waived under Art. 66 Abs. 1 second sentence BGG.

in die Beschwerde vom 27. Juli 2011 (Poststempel) gegen den Nichteintretensentscheid des Versicherungsgerichts des Kantons Aargau vom 7. Juni 2011,
in Erwägung,
dass ein Rechtsmittel gemäss Art. 42 Abs. 1 und 2 BGG unter anderem die Begehren und deren Begründung zu enthalten hat, wobei in der Begründung in gedrängter Form darzulegen ist, inwiefern der angefochtene Akt Recht verletzt,
dass die Beschwerde diesen inhaltlichen Mindestanforderungen nicht genügt, da sie zwar einen Antrag enthält, den Ausführungen jedoch nicht entnommen werden kann, inwiefern die vorinstanzliche Sachverhaltsfeststellung und Verfahrenserledigung - soweit überhaupt beanstandet - unzutreffend sein soll und namentlich in keiner Weise dargetan wird, weshalb das kantonale Gericht, welches auf Nichteintreten erkannt hat, auf die vorinstanzliche Beschwerde hätte eintreten sollen,
dass der Beschwerdeführer vom Gericht mit Mitteilung vom 29. Juli 2011 ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen wurde, die Eintretensvoraussetzungen schienen nicht erfüllt zu sein und bei Anfechtung eines Nichteintretensentscheides sei eine spezifische Auseinandersetzung mit den Nichteintretensgründen erforderlich,
dass er auf dieses Schreiben nicht reagiert und den Mangel nicht behoben hat,
dass deshalb im vereinfachten Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG auf die Beschwerde nicht einzutreten ist und in Anwendung von Art. 66 Abs. 1 Satz 2 BGG umständehalber auf die Erhebung von Gerichtskosten verzichtet wird,
erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Versicherungsgericht des Kantons Aargau und dem Bundesamt für Gesundheit schriftlich mitgeteilt.
