The Federal Supreme Court dealt with an appeal in an invalidity insurance dispute against a judgment of the Canton of St. Gallen Insurance Court. It held that the appeal did not meet the minimum formal requirements because it contained neither a proper prayer for relief nor a sufficient explanation of how the challenged findings of fact or legal reasoning were wrong. The court therefore issued a non-entry decision in simplified proceedings and waived court costs.
Art. 42 Abs. 1 and 2 BGG; Art. 97 Abs. 1 BGG; Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b and Abs. 2 BGG: requirements of the appeal and non-entry for insufficient reasoning. A federal appeal must contain a clear prayer for relief and, in concise form, an explanation of how the challenged decision violates the law; where factual findings are contested, the appellant must specifically indicate why they are manifestly incorrect and legally relevant. If these minimum substantiation requirements are not met, the court may not examine the merits and shall declare the appeal inadmissible in simplified proceedings. Under Art. 66 Abs. 1 second sentence BGG, court costs may exceptionally be waived.

dass ein Rechtsmittel gemäss Art. 42 Abs. 1 und 2 BGG unter anderem die Begehren und deren Begründung zu enthalten hat, wobei in der Begründung in gedrängter Form darzulegen ist, inwiefern der angefochtene Akt Recht verletzt,
dass die Beschwerde diesen inhaltlichen Mindestanforderungen nicht genügt, da sie keinen rechtsgenüglichen Antrag enthält und den Ausführungen nicht entnommen werden kann, inwiefern die Sachverhaltsfeststellung im Sinne von Art. 97 Abs. 1 BGG - soweit überhaupt beanstandet - unzutreffend und die darauf beruhenden Erwägungen rechtsfehlerhaft sein sollen,
dass deshalb im vereinfachten Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b und Abs. 2 BGG auf die Beschwerde nicht einzutreten ist und in Anwendung von Art. 66 Abs. 1 Satz 2 BGG auf die Erhebung von Gerichtskosten verzichtet wird,
erkennt der Einzelrichter:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Versicherungsgericht des Kantons St. Gallen, der Ausgleichskasse des Kantons St. Gallen und dem Bundesamt für Sozialversicherungen zugestellt.
