The Federal Supreme Court, acting through its President in simplified procedure, declared the appellant's appeal inadmissible because he failed to pay the required additional advance on costs by the extended deadline. l'ordonnance du 4 octobre 2007 par laquelle un délai supplémentaire échéant le 18 octobre 2007 a été imparti à F.________ pour verser une avance de frais, avec l'avertissement qu'à défaut, le recours serait déclaré irrecevable,
considérant:
que le recourant n'a pas versé l'avance de frais dans le délai supplémentaire imparti,
que le recours doit être déclaré irrecevable, conformément à l'art. 62 al. 3 LTF et selon la procédure simplifiée de l'art. 108 al. 1 let. a LTF,
qu'en vertu l'art. 66 al. 1 et 3 LTF, il convient de mettre les frais judiciaires à la charge du recourant,
par ces motifs, le Président prononce:

Le recours est irrecevable.
2.
Les frais judiciaires de 300 fr. sont mis à la charge du recourant.
3.
Le présent arrêt est communiqué aux parties, au Tribunal administratif fédéral et à l'Office fédéral des assurances sociales.
