The Federal Supreme Court held that the appellant’s 25-page filing was essentially a collection of insults and abuses and therefore querulous under Art. 42(7) BGG. It refused to entertain the appeal under Art. 108(1)(c) BGG, denied legal aid because the appeal had no prospects of success, and imposed court costs of CHF 1,000 on the appellant, taking his abusive conduct into account. The decision was served on the parties, the cantonal court, and the Federal Office for Social Insurance.
Art. 42 Abs. 7 BGG, Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. c BGG; querulous and abusive submissions are inadmissible. An appeal that essentially consists of insults, defamations and verbal injuries to third persons does not satisfy the formal requirements of a proper legal remedy and may be declared non-entered upon in summary procedure. Where the remedy is manifestly devoid of prospects, legal aid is to be refused under Art. 64 Abs. 1 BGG. Costs are borne by the unsuccessful party under Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG; the amount of the fee may be moderated by the conduct of the party under Art. 65 Abs. 2 BGG.

Das Präsidium der II. sozialrechtlichen Abteilung hat nach Einsicht
in die Beschwerde von T.________ vom 26. Juli 2007 (Datum des Poststempels) gegen einen Entscheid des Verwaltungsgerichts des Kantons Schwyz vom 14. Juni 2007 (betreffend Höhe der Altersrente und der Ergänzungsleistungen),
in Erwägung,
dass sich die 15 Anträge und 25 Seiten umfassende Rechtsschrift praktisch in der Aneinanderreihung von Ungebührlichkeiten, Verunglimpfungen sowie Verbalinjurien gegenüber verschiedenen Personen erschöpft und daher nur als querulatorisch und somit unzulässig im Sinne von Art. 42 Abs. 7 BGG eingestuft werden kann,
dass darauf im Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. c BGG nicht einzutreten ist,
dass das Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege (im Sinne der Kostenbefreiung) abzuweisen ist, weil die Rechtsbegehren von vornherein keine Aussicht auf Erfolg hatten (Art. 64 Abs. 1 BGG),
dass die Gerichtskosten dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG), wobei die querulatorische Art der Prozessführung bei der Bemessung der Gerichtsgebühr zu berücksichtigen ist (Art. 65 Abs. 2 BGG),
dass der Beschwerdeführer wie schon in früheren Verfahren (vgl. namentlich die kürzlich ergangenen Urteile 5A_337/2007 vom 27. Juni 2007, 6B_245/2007 vom 19. Juni 2007 und 6B_173/2007 vom 1. Juni 2007) darauf hinzuweisen ist, dass sich das Bundesgericht vorbehält, allfällige weitere Eingaben in der Art der bisherigen, insbesondere missbräuchliche Revisionsgesuche, ohne Antwort abzulegen,
erkannt :

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Das Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege wird abgewiesen.
3.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 1000.- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
4.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Verwaltungsgericht des Kantons Schwyz und dem Bundesamt für Sozialversicherungen zugestellt.
