The Federal Supreme Court noted that the Office fédéral des assurances sociales withdrew its appeal against the cantonal judgment of 23 April 2010 in a case concerning occupational pension law. The Court therefore ordered the case removed from the docket and decided to levy no judicial costs. The order was issued by the President of the IIe Cour de droit social, with the clerk named in the composition.

que la cause doit être rayée du rôle en application des art. 32 al. 2 et 71 LTF, en relation avec l'art. 73 al. 1 PCF,
qu'il se justifie de statuer sans frais judiciaires (art. 66 al. 2 LTF),
par ces motifs, le Président ordonne:

La cause est radiée du rôle par suite de retrait du recours.
2.
Il n'est pas perçu de frais judiciaires.
3.
La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux parties, à la Cour des assurances sociales du Tribunal cantonal fribourgeois et au Tribunal civil de l'arrondissement de la Gruyère.
