The Swiss Federal Supreme Court did not enter into the appellant’s complaint against the Basel-Stadt Social Insurance Court’s decision on vocational measures in invalidity insurance. The complaint failed to satisfy the minimum pleading requirements of Art. 42 BGG because it did not concretely address the challenged factual findings or show a violation of federal law. The appellant was ordered to pay CHF 200 in court costs, which were covered by the CHF 500 cost advance; the surplus CHF 300 was refunded.

in die Beschwerde vom 26. Juni 2007 (Poststempel) gegen einen Entscheid des Sozialversicherungsgerichts Basel-Stadt vom 10. Mai 2007 betreffend berufliche Massnahmen in der Invalidenversicherung,
in Erwägung,
dass die Beschwerdeschrift gemäss Art. 42 Abs. 1 BGG die Begehren und die Begründung zu enthalten hat; im Rahmen der Begründung ist in gedrängter Form darzulegen, inwiefern der angefochtene Akt Recht verletzt (Art. 42 Abs. 2 erster Satz BGG),
dass die Vorbringen sachbezogen sein müssen, damit aus der Beschwerdeschrift ersichtlich ist, in welchen Punkten und weshalb der angefochtene Entscheid beanstandet wird (zum alten Recht: BGE 123 V 335 E. 1a S. 336 mit Hinweisen; vgl. BGE 131 II 449 E. 1.3 S. 452),
dass das Bundesgericht auf die Beschwerde nicht eintritt, wenn eine Eingabe diesen Anforderungen offensichtlich nicht genügt (Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG),
dass die Beschwerdeschrift vom 26. Juni 2007 den inhaltlichen Mindestanforderungen nicht genügt, da den Ausführungen nicht entnommen werden kann, inwiefern die Sachverhaltsfeststellungen der Vorinstanz im Sinne von Art. 105 Abs. 2 BGG unzutreffend sein sollen oder die Verneinung des Anspruchs auf berufliche Massnahmen (Art. 8 Abs. 1 und Art. 17 Abs. 1 IVG) Bundesrecht verletzen sollte (Art. 95 lit. a BGG),
in Anwendung von Art. 65 sowie Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG und im Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG,
erkannt:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 200.- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt. Sie sind durch den geleisteten Kostenvorschuss von Fr. 500.- gedeckt; der Differenzbetrag von Fr. 300.- wird zurückerstattet.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Sozialversicherungsgericht Basel-Stadt, dem Bundesamt für Sozialversicherungen und der Eidgenössischen Ausgleichskasse zugestellt.
