The appellant challenged a Federal Administrative Court non-entry decision in an invalidity insurance case, but his filing did not explain why that court should have entered into the matter. The Federal Supreme Court held that an appeal against a non-entry decision must address the refusal to enter, not merely the substantive merits. It therefore did not enter into the appeal in simplified proceedings and waived court costs.
Art. 42 Abs. 1 and 2 BGG; Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG; appeal against a non-entry decision. A legal remedy is admissible only if it contains requests and reasons showing in a concise manner how the challenged act violates law. Where an appeal against a non-entry decision deals solely with the merits of the dispute and does not contest the refusal to enter into the case, it lacks a legally sufficient reasoning and is inadmissible. The decisive issue is not whether the substantive claims might be arguable, but whether the appellant specifically attacks the procedural inadmissibility ruling (consid. 1). Costs may be waived under Art. 66 Abs. 1 second sentence BGG in simplified proceedings.

in die Beschwerde vom 19. April 2011 (Datum des Poststempels) gegen den Nichteintretensentscheid des Bundesverwaltungsgerichts vom 10. März 2011,
in Erwägung,
dass ein Rechtsmittel gemäss Art. 42 Abs. 1 und 2 BGG unter anderem die Begehren und deren Begründung zu enthalten hat, wobei in der Begründung in gedrängter Form darzulegen ist, inwiefern der angefochtene Akt Recht verletzt,
dass nach der Rechtsprechung eine Beschwerdeschrift, welche sich bei Nichteintretensentscheiden lediglich mit der materiellen Seite des Falles auseinandersetzt, keine sachbezogene Begründung aufweist und damit keine rechtsgenügliche Beschwerde darstellt (vgl. BGE 123 V 335; 118 Ib 134; ARV 2002 Nr. 7 S. 61, C 60/01 E. 2),
dass der Beschwerdeführer in keiner Weise darlegt, weshalb die Vorinstanz auf die Beschwerde hätte eintreten sollen,
dass deshalb im vereinfachten Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG auf die Beschwerde nicht einzutreten ist und in Anwendung von Art. 66 Abs. 1 zweiter Satz BGG auf die Erhebung von Gerichtskosten verzichtet wird,
erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Bundesverwaltungsgericht und dem Bundesamt für Sozialversicherungen schriftlich mitgeteilt.
