The appellant challenged the cantonal dismissal of her request to increase her helplessness allowance from medium to severe degree and objected mainly to the CHF 600 cantonal costs. The Federal Court held that she had not sought legal aid below, had not withdrawn her cantonal complaint, and that the cantonal court was entitled to decide the case and impose costs on the losing party under the applicable IV and cantonal procedural rules. The amount of costs was not excessive. The federal appeal was dismissed, and no federal court costs were levied.
Art. 69 Abs. 1bis IVG; Art. 66 Abs. 1 Satz 2 BGG; cantonal costs in IV disputes: disputes concerning the granting or refusal of IV benefits are subject to court costs before the cantonal insurance court. Where the appellant does not request exemption from costs in the cantonal proceedings and does not withdraw the appeal, the cantonal court may validly decide the case and charge costs to the losing party under cantonal procedural law; the Federal Court reviews the amount only for abuse of discretion. Federal court costs may exceptionally be waived under Art. 66 Abs. 1 Satz 2 BGG.

In Erwägung,
dass die IV-Stelle des Kantons Zürich ein von B.________ (geb. 1977) gestelltes Gesuch um Erhöhung der von ihr seit 1. Juni 1995 bezogenen Hilflosenentschädigung mittleren Grades auf eine solche schweren Grades mit Verfügung vom 31. Mai 2007 ablehnte,
dass das Sozialversicherungsgericht des Kantons Zürich die von B.________ hiegegen erhobene Beschwerde mit Entscheid vom 12. März 2008 abwies und B.________ die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 600.- überband,
dass B.________ Beschwerde in öffentlich-rechtlichen Angelegenheiten führt und darlegt, sie könne nicht akzeptieren, den für sie sehr hohen Betrag von Fr. 600.- (für das kantonale Verfahren) bezahlen zu müssen,
dass sie im vorinstanzlichen Verfahren kein Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege im Sinne der Befreiung von den Gerichtskosten gestellt hat (vgl. auch § 90 Abs. 1 der kantonalzürcherischen Zivilprozessordnung vom 13. Juni 1976 [ZPO; Zürcher Gesetzessammlung 271] in Verbindung mit § 28 des kantonalzürcherischen Gesetzes vom 7. März 1993 über das Sozialversicherungsgericht [GSVGer; Zürcher Gesetzessammlung 212.81]),
dass sie auch die am 11. Juni 2007 erhobene Beschwerde nicht zurückgezogen hat, weshalb das kantonale Gericht mit Recht einen Entscheid gefällt hat,
dass sich die vorinstanzliche Kostenerhebung zulässigerweise auf Art. 69 Abs. 1bis Satz 1 IVG (in Kraft seit 1. Juli 2006) stützt, gemäss welcher Bestimmung Streitigkeiten um die Bewilligung oder Verweigerung von IV-Leistungen vor dem kantonalen Versicherungsgericht kostenpflichtig sind,
dass das kantonale Sozialversicherungsgericht die Gerichtskosten gemäss § 64 Abs. 2 ZPO in Verbindung mit § 28 GSVGer zu Recht der Beschwerdeführerin als unterliegender Partei auferlegt hat,
dass auch deren Höhe nicht zu beanstanden ist (Art. 69 Abs. 1bis Satz 2 IVG),
dass es sich bei den gegebenen Verhältnissen rechtfertigt, von der Erhebung von Gerichtskosten im letztinstanzlichen Verfahren abzusehen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 Satz 2 BGG),
erkennt das Bundesgericht:

Die Beschwerde wird abgewiesen.
2.
Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Sozialversicherungsgericht des Kantons Zürich, der Ausgleichskasse des Kantons Zürich und dem Bundesamt für Sozialversicherungen schriftlich mitgeteilt.
