A request for reinstatement of a lapsed time limit under Art. 41 ATSG must likewise be specifically challenged by reference to the decisive factual findings; otherwise no examination on the merits takes place. The waiver of court costs under Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG remains reserved for exceptional circumstances.

Nach Einsicht
in die Beschwerde von S.________ gegen den Entscheid des Bundesverwaltungsgerichts vom 21. März 2013,
in Erwägung,
dass nach verbindlicher, im Übrigen unbestrittener Feststellung der Vorinstanz (Art. 105 Abs. 1 und 2 BGG) die Beschwerdeführerin die Frist zur Anfechtung der Beitragsverfügungen vom 11. Juni und 19. Juli 2010 verpasst hat (Art. 52 Abs. 1 ATSG i.V.m. Art. 1 Abs. 1 AHVG),
dass die Vorinstanz einen Fristwiederherstellungsgrund im Sinne von Art. 41 ATSG verneint hat, was die Beschwerdeführerin sinngemäss als bundesrechtswidrig rügt (Art. 95 lit. a BGG), da ihre besonderen Lebensumstände im fraglichen Zeitraum nicht genügend berücksichtigt worden seien,
dass ihre Vorbringen indessen nicht auf die entscheidenden vorinstanzlichen Erwägungen Bezug nehmen und sich damit nicht auseinandersetzen, womit sie den Begründungsanforderungen nicht genügt (Art. 42 Abs. 1 und 2 BGG; BGE 138 I 171 E. 1.4 S. 176 und 134 II 244 E. 2.1 S. 245 f.),
dass sie insbesondere die vorinstanzliche Feststellung und den daraus gezogenen Schluss nicht bestreitet, sie habe in der E-Mail vom 20. April 2010 kein neues Zustelldomizil genannt, sodass die Beschwerdegegnerin davon habe ausgehen dürfen, die Post könne an die bekannte Adresse zugestellt werden,
dass die offensichtlich nicht hinreichend begründete Beschwerde im vereinfachten Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b und Abs. 2 BGG erledigt wird,
dass auf die Erhebung von Gerichtskosten umständehalber zu verzichten (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG) ist,
erkennt der Einzelrichter:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Bundesverwaltungsgericht und dem Bundesamt für Sozialversicherungen schriftlich mitgeteilt.
