The Federal Supreme Court held that the filing could not be treated as an admissible complaint against the cantonal insurance court judgment because it was aimed instead at the conduct of the IV office and the RAV. In any event, the appeal period had expired. The court therefore did not enter into the matter in simplified proceedings and waived court costs. It added that the IV office must clarify the claims in light of the cantonal court’s reasoning, and any issues regarding unemployment insurance must be pursued directly before the relevant authority.
Art. 86 Abs. 1 lit. d, Art. 100 Abs. 1 and Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG; inadmissibility of a complaint not directed against an appealable cantonal judgment and filed out of time. In public-law matters, only the legally designated decision of a last cantonal instance is a proper object of appeal; submissions attacking administrative conduct instead of the operative cantonal decision are not capable of entering into the merits. The 30-day time limit is mandatory; expiry leads to non-entry in the simplified procedure. Court costs may exceptionally be waived under Art. 66 Abs. 1 sentence 2 BGG.

in die Eingabe des K.________ vom 14. März 2011 (Poststempel) betreffend den Entscheid des Versicherungsgerichts des Kantons St. Gallen vom 29. Juni 2010,
in das Schreiben des Bundesgerichts vom 16. März 2011, mit welchem K.________ angefragt wurde, ob die Eingabe als Beschwerde behandelt und ein Dossier eröffnet werden soll,
in die daraufhin von K.________ am 29. März (Poststempel) eingereichte Beschwerde,
in Erwägung,
dass die Beschwerde in öffentlich-rechtlichen Angelegenheiten u.a. zulässig ist gegen bestimmte Entscheide letzter kantonaler Instanzen (Art. 86 Abs. 1 lit. d BGG),
dass in diesem Verfahren nur der Entscheid des Versicherungsgerichts des Kantons St. Gallen vom 29. Juni 2010 ein zulässiges Anfechtungsobjekt darstellen könnte,
dass der Versicherte klar die Eröffnung eines Dossiers wünscht und Beschwerde erhebt, welche jedoch ausdrücklich nicht gegen den Entscheid vom 29. Juni 2010 gerichtet ist, sondern gegen das Verhalten der IV-Stelle und des Regionalen Arbeitsvermittlungszentrums (RAV),
dass die Beschwerde ohnehin innert 30 Tagen seit Eröffnung des angefochtenen Entscheids einzureichen gewesen wäre (Art. 100 Abs. 1 BGG) und daher klar verspätet ist,
dass deshalb im vereinfachten Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG auf die Beschwerde nicht einzutreten ist,
dass in Anwendung von Art. 66 Abs. 1 Satz 2 BGG umständehalber auf die Erhebung von Gerichtskosten verzichtet wird,
dass im Übrigen die IV-Stelle die Ansprüche im Sinn der Erwägungen des kantonalen Gerichts abzuklären hat, und der Versicherte, soweit er mit den Leistungen der Arbeitslosenversicherung nicht zufrieden ist, sich direkt an diese zu wenden hat, worauf sie bei Bedarf eine Verfügung erlassen wird, welche auf dem ordentlichen Rechtsmittelweg anfechtbar sein wird,
erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Versicherungsgericht des Kantons St. Gallen und dem Bundesamt für Sozialversicherungen schriftlich mitgeteilt.
