The appellant withdrew his complaint before the Federal Supreme Court insofar as it concerned the amount of compensation awarded as official counsel. The II. social law division therefore discontinued the proceedings and waived court costs. The decision was issued by the president in a written procedure and notified to the parties and the IV office Lucerne.
Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 73 Abs. 1 BZP; Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG; withdrawal of the appeal. If the appeal is withdrawn, the Federal Supreme Court strikes the proceedings from the roll in written procedure. dass die Beschwerde gemäss Art. 71 BGG in Verbindung mit Art. 73 Abs. 1 BZP im Verfahren nach Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG abzuschreiben ist,
dass in Anwendung von Art. 66 Abs. 2 BGG auf die Erhebung von Gerichtskosten verzichtet wird,
verfügt der Präsident:

Das Verfahren wird infolge Rückzugs der Beschwerde abgeschrieben.
2.
Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.
3.
Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien und der IV-Stelle Luzern schriftlich mitgeteilt.
