The Federal Supreme Court did not enter into the social insurance complaint because the complainant failed to pay the required advance costs even within the extended deadline. The request for free legal aid had already been rejected for lack of prospects and insufficient proof of indigence. The complainant was ordered to pay CHF 300 in court costs.
Art. 62 Abs. 3 BGG; Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG; non-payment of advance costs as a ground for non-entry. If the appellant fails to pay the ordered advance costs even within the granted grace period, the court shall not enter into the appeal in the simplified procedure. In such a case, the proceeding is terminated without examination of the merits. Costs are borne by the appellant pursuant to Art. 66 Abs. 1 and 3 BGG (consid. 1).

in die Verfügung vom 4. Juli 2007, mit welcher das Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege wegen Aussichtslosigkeit der Beschwerde und mangels Nachweis der Bedürftigkeit abgewiesen worden ist,
in die Verfügung vom 5. Juli 2007, mit welcher S.________ zur Bezahlung eines Kostenvorschusses von Fr. 500.- innert einer Nachfrist bis zum 16. August 2007 verpflichtet wurde, ansonsten auf das Rechtsmittel nicht eingetreten werde,
in Erwägung,
dass der Beschwerdeführer den Vorschuss auch innerhalb der Nachfrist nicht geleistet hat,
dass deshalb gestützt auf Art. 62 Abs. 3 BGG im vereinfachten Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG auf die Beschwerde nicht einzutreten ist und der Beschwerdeführer nach Art. 66 Abs. 1 und 3 BGG kostenpflichtig wird,
erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr 300.- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Sozialversicherungsgericht des Kantons Zürich und dem Bundesamt für Sozialversicherungen zugestellt.

No. Because the advance costs were not paid even within the extended period, the court had to decline to enter into the appeal under the simplified procedure.
Non-payment of the required advance costs justified non-entry under Art. 62(3) BGG and Art. 108(1)(a) BGG.

The complainant was ordered to bear court costs of CHF 300.
As the appeal was not entered into, costs were imposed on the complainant under Art. 66(1) and (3) BGG.
