The appellant withdrew her constitutional complaint against the Valais cantonal public-law judgment of 7 October 2010. The Federal Court, sitting as a single judge, consequently struck the case from the roll. It also ordered that no judicial costs be levied, relying on the Federal Supreme Court Act.
Art. 32 al. 2 LTF in conjunction with Art. 71 LTF and Art. 73 al. 1 PCF; withdrawal of the appeal/complaint. Upon valid withdrawal of a constitutional complaint, the Federal Court removes the case from the roll without deciding the merits. Judicial costs may be waived under Art. 66 al. 2 LTF where circumstances justify a decision without costs.

qu'il se justifie en appliquant l'art. 66 al. 2 LTF de statuer sans frais judiciaires,
par ces motifs, le Juge unique ordonne:

La cause est radiée du rôle par suite de retrait du recours constitutionnel.

Il n'est pas perçu de frais judiciaires.
3.
