B.________ appealed a decision of the Zurich Social Insurance Court in an unemployment insurance matter. The Federal Supreme Court had previously denied legal aid for lack of prospects and ordered an advance on costs, then set and extended a deadline with an explicit non-entry warning. As the appellant still did not pay, the Court decided in simplified proceedings not to enter into the appeal. It also waived court costs.
Art. 62 Abs. 3 BGG; Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a and Abs. 2 BGG; non-payment of the advance on costs after expiry of the additional time limit and warning of non-entry. If the appellant fails to provide the ordered cost advance even within the grace period, the Federal Supreme Court may declare the appeal inadmissible in simplified proceedings. In such a case, the Court may waive the levying of court costs under Art. 66 Abs. 1 second sentence BGG.

in die Verfügung vom 24. Januar 2008, mit welcher B.________ zur Bezahlung eines Kostenvorschusses bis spätestens 7. Februar 2008 aufgefordert wurde,
in die Verfügung vom 20. Februar 2008, mit welcher B.________ zur Bezahlung eines Kostenvorschusses innert einer Nachfrist bis zum 3. März 2008 verpflichtet wurde, ansonsten auf das Rechtsmittel nicht eingetreten werde,
in Erwägung,
dass der Beschwerdeführer den Vorschuss auch innerhalb der Nachfrist nicht geleistet hat,
dass deshalb gestützt auf Art. 62 Abs. 3 BGG im vereinfachten Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a und Abs. 2 BGG auf die Beschwerde nicht einzutreten ist und in Anwendung von Art. 66 Abs. 1 Satz 2 BGG auf die Erhebung von Gerichtskosten verzichtet wird,
erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Sozialversicherungsgericht des Kantons Zürich und dem Staatssekretariat für Wirtschaft schriftlich mitgeteilt.
