in die Beschwerde des T.________ vom 15. Juli 2011 (Poststempel) gegen den Entscheid des Sozialversicherungsgerichts des Kantons Zürich vom 17. Juni 2011,
in die Mitteilung des Bundesgerichts vom 20. Juli 2011, worin auf die gesetzlichen Formerfordernisse von Beschwerden hinsichtlich Begehren und Begründung sowie auf die nur innert der Rechtsmittelfrist noch bestehende Verbesserungsmöglichkeit hingewiesen worden ist,

in Erwägung,
dass ein Rechtsmittel gemäss Art. 42 Abs. 1 und 2 BGG unter anderem die Begehren und deren Begründung zu enthalten hat, wobei in der Begründung in gedrängter Form darzulegen ist, inwiefern der angefochtene Akt Recht verletzt; dies setzt voraus, dass sich die Beschwerde führende Person konkret mit den Erwägungen des angefochtenen Entscheids auseinandersetzt (BGE 136 I 65 E. 1.3.1 S. 68 und 134 II 244 E. 2.1 S. 245 f.),
dass die Eingabe des Beschwerdeführers vom 15. Juli 2011 diesen Mindestanforderungen offensichtlich nicht gerecht wird, da sie kein rechtsgenügliches Begehren enthält und der Begründung in keiner Weise entnommen werden kann, inwiefern die Sachverhaltsfeststellungen der Vorinstanz im Sinne von Art. 97 Abs. 1 BGG - soweit überhaupt beanstandet - unzutreffend und die darauf beruhenden Erwägungen rechtsfehlerhaft sein sollen,
dass deshalb innert der Beschwerdefrist (Art. 100 Abs. 1 BGG; Art. 44-48 BGG) kein gültiges Rechtsmittel eingereicht worden ist, obwohl das Bundesgericht den Versicherten auf die Formerfordernisse von Rechtsmitteln und die nur innert der Beschwerdefrist noch bestehende Verbesserungsmöglichkeit bezüglich der mangelhaften Eingabe am 20. Juli 2011 ausdrücklich hingewiesen hat, wobei diese Mitteilung unbeantwortet geblieben ist,
dass demnach im vereinfachten Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG auf die Beschwerde nicht einzutreten ist und in Anwendung von Art. 66 Abs. 1 Satz 2 BGG auf die Erhebung von Gerichtskosten verzichtet wird,
erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.
Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Sozialversicherungsgericht des Kantons Zürich und dem Staatssekretariat für Wirtschaft schriftlich mitgeteilt.
