The Federal Supreme Court did not enter into the appeal in an accident insurance dispute. The appellant challenged a Schwyz Administrative Court decision but filed the federal appeal only on 13 June 2008, although the 30-day deadline had expired on 29 April 2008. The Court also noted that new monetary claims could not be raised for the first time before it because they had not been part of the lower proceedings. The appeal was therefore not admitted in simplified procedure, and court costs of CHF 300 were charged to the appellant.
Art. 100 Abs. 1 BGG, Art. 86 BGG, Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG, Art. 42 Abs. 5 BGG; an appeal lodged after expiry of the 30-day time limit is inadmissible and leads to non-entry in simplified procedure. The Federal Supreme Court examines timeliness ex officio. In appeals in public law matters, new requests that were not the subject of the cantonal proceedings, in particular monetary claims, are inadmissible. Where non-entry is manifest, no grace period need be granted to cure formal defects (consid. 1).

in Erwägung,
dass die ungebührlich abgefasste Beschwerde nicht innert der nach Art. 100 Abs. 1 BGG 30-tägigen, gemäss Art. 44-48 BGG am 29. April 2008 abgelaufenen Rechtsmittelfrist eingereicht worden ist,
dass beim Bundesgericht überdies bei Beschwerden gegen Entscheide in Angelegenheiten des öffentlichen Rechts keine Anträge gestellt werden können, die nicht Gegenstand eines vorinstanzlichen Verfahrens gebildet haben (Art. 86 BGG), so insbesondere auch nicht Geldforderungen,
dass deshalb im vereinfachten Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG und ohne Ansetzung einer Nachfrist zur Behebung der Ungebührlichkeiten gemäss Art. 42 Abs. 5 BGG auf die Beschwerde nicht einzutreten ist,
dass der Beschwerdeführer nach Art. 66 Abs. 1 und 3 BGG kostenpflichtig wird,
erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 300.- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Verwaltungsgericht des Kantons Schwyz und dem Bundesamt für Gesundheit schriftlich mitgeteilt.

The appeal was filed after the deadline expired on 2008-04-29 and was therefore untimely.
The challenged decision was handed over on 2008-03-22, and the 30-day period under the Federal Supreme Court Act had already lapsed when the appeal was filed on 2008-06-13.
