The appellant withdrew his appeal against the Zurich Social Insurance Court's judgment concerning free legal aid in disability insurance. The Federal Supreme Court therefore discontinued the proceedings and struck the case off the docket. It ordered court costs of CHF 200 against the appellant and notified the parties and the Federal Office for Social Insurance.
Art. 71 BGG in conjunction with Art. 73 Abs. 1 BZP and Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG; withdrawal of the appeal leads to discontinuance of the proceedings by order. Costs are allocated under Art. 66 Abs. 1 and 3 BGG to the withdrawing appellant absent a reason to depart from this rule.

in Erwägung,
dass die Beschwerde gemäss Art. 71 BGG in Verbindung mit Art. 73 Abs. 1 BZP im Verfahren nach Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG abzuschreiben ist und der Beschwerdeführer nach Art. 66 Abs. 1 und 3 BGG kostenpflichtig wird,
verfügt der Einzelrichter:

Das Verfahren wird infolge Rückzugs der Beschwerde abgeschrieben.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 200.- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
3.
Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien und dem Bundesamt für Sozialversicherungen schriftlich mitgeteilt.

The proceedings were struck off following withdrawal of the appeal.
Under Art. 71 BGG in conjunction with Art. 73(1) BZP, and pursuant to Art. 32(2) BGG, a withdrawn appeal is discontinued by order.
Allocation of court costs after withdrawal
Court costs of CHF 200 were imposed on the appellant.
Because the appeal was withdrawn, the appellant remained liable for costs under Art. 66(1) and (3) BGG.
